Villa Apollon, equipped with every comfort. Spend a relaxing holiday in this exclusive villa! It stands on a 6,500 square meter natural plot with olive trees, just a few kilometers from Rethymnon. It offers a magnificent view over the valley and the sea.
The recently completed natural stone villa is approx. 320 square meters and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle... In the living room there is a large TV with satellite reception. Almost all German free channels can be received.
In front of the living room there is a large terrace and the spacious pool area, which is equipped with high-quality furniture, loungers and a dining area. The villa has a heated pool!
In addition, there is also a pool deck.
All rooms have shutters or blinds and are fitted with fly screens. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort for the cooler seasons. (for a fee)
Interested nature lovers will also get their money's worth. If you like hiking, you can start directly from the villa.
For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included. If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays, can be organised. Ask us.
In the garden there is an approx. 15 x 5 m, heatable swimming pool (for a fee) (weather permitting) and an outdoor shower. A gas grill and an outdoor sink can be found in the patio area.
You can reach the nearest beach after about 10 km.
A car is recommended. Just park it under the shaded carport that's ready for you.
Normal move-in time is 2:00 p.m. and move-out time is 10:00 a.m.
