The pool is about 7x4.5 m. The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable loungers, umbrellas and a pool deck with a lounge area.
It is only a short walk to Adeleanos Kampos, the beach and bars, cafes and tavernas. It is also only about 1.5 km to the village of Adele. You can also cover the route very well on foot. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Rethymnon.
It has a cpl. equipped, large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave…..
The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 5 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed queen-size, one bedroom with 1 double bed 120x200 cm.
The open living-dining area is very spacious. Of course, the villa has Internet and satellite TV with almost all German programs in the living room, as well as Internet with W-Lan. From here you can access the living room terrace with the outdoor dining area.
The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants and invites you to relax.
