Villa Dinoysos
This luxury villa is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, approx. 5 km from the city of Rethymno. It is approximately 260 square meters and was built on a property of approximately 8,000 m².
The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen with a large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approximately 30 m² covered outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture.
There is a fireplace in the living room. You will also find a large Full HD TV and a stereo here.
From the approximately 90 m² pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 m² pool. Upon on request the pool is heatable.(fee,charges apply) Several terraces are shaded with about 86 m² of pergolas. You can park your car in the shady carport.
Made of pure natural stone, it nestles into the wild nature of Crete. Stylishly furnished with clear lines and an idyllic ambience, you can bring your mind and body into harmony.
The large windows let the rooms shine through the daylight and offer a wonderful view of the sea.
The nearest beach can be reached after about 7 km. There are taverns and two mini markets in the village. In Atsipopoulo, approx. 2 km there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakeries and taverns.
There is a bus connection from Prines to Rethymno. A car is recommended to explore the wonderful surroundings.

From 01.04. - 06.11. the additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.
