This traditionally styled stone house is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, about 5 km from Rethymno town. It is located on a plot of approx. 500 m² with a wonderful view of the sea and the White Mountains. The Villa Sifina has a living space of approx. 90 m² and is suitable for 4 people.

The bedrooms are equipped with back-friendly mattresses and have blackout shutters for a perfect night's sleep. All windows are fitted with fly screens.

The pool is approx. 8 x 4 m and has steps and a handrail for easy entry.

The villa was furnished with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort. All rooms are equipped with wooden beam ceilings and some stone images and stone niches are integrated into the walls.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, which is separated from the living room by an arch. In the living room with air conditioning you will find a flat screen TV with satellite reception (about 50 German channels), stereo with CD player and Bluetooth speakers, as well as DVD player, DVDs and books. You can also find a Yoga-Mat. Internet access is available via WLAN, no data limit.

The villa is comfortably furnished.

A passageway leads to the daylight bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/toilet, a large vanity and a hair dryer. There is also a bedroom (1xDB) with TV, AC and built-in closet with safe. A staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is another bedroom (1x double bed) with built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, television and an en suite bathroom with toilet and washbasin. The bedrooms can be darkened. From this bedroom you have access to the upper terrace (approx. 35 m²), which is equipped with high-quality loungers and exclusive lounge furniture.  Half of it is covered with a pergola. Underfloor heating (payment) provides further comfort, which makes the house also perfect for long-term vacationers in the colder months. In addition, the Villa is of course equipped with bathrobes, towels, bath towels, pool towels and bed linen. (Baby cot and high chair available if required)

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available. For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included. If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays, can be organised. Please Ask us.

In the garden there is an approx. 35 m² swimming pool with loungers, parasols and a terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower.

You can reach the nearest beach after about 3 km. In the village there are taverns and a mini-market. In Atsipopoulo, about 2 km, there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakers and taverns.

You can walk to the village in a few minutes.

From Prines there is a bus connection to Rethymno. A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Normal move-in time is 2:00 p.m. and move-out time is 10:00 a.m.
