The Villa Lofos, that is, as much as "the hill" was made in July 2012, with great attention to detail finished.

The villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick exterior walls that offers a unique living comfort! Cool in summer and warm in the colder months. Due to the architecture of the villa you have from all rooms and the bathrooms fantastic sea views.

The ground floor has a large living room, dining area, kitchen and a guest bathroom with washing machine. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, stereo, wifi ... The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two daylight bathrooms (ensuite). The first bedroom has a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be put together equipped. The corresponding daylight bathrooms are equipped with a large barrier-free shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or a terrace. Enjoy even from the bed of the spectacular view of the blue Mediterranean. Outside the kitchen is a firmly covered terrace with garden furniture. Before the living room is the approximately 19 m long pergola. Have breakfast on this, equipped with comfortable furniture terrace in an unrivaled sea views!

Relax on the spacious terrace that surrounds the approximately 50 m² heat able Infinitipool. Here is also the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with breathtaking views of the sea. On brick barbecue you can show your grill skills. Under the shaded carport to park your car.

The villa sits on a 2,000 sqm property and the garden area is created in the Mediterranean style.

The Villa Lofos is of course fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, dish towels, hair dryer, iron ... everything available. It is once a week, cleaned on request 2x per week and change of bed linen and towels.

Guests can relax in perfect peace and in the middle of the beautiful nature! You see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri peninsula and overlooks the sea - just a magnificent panorama! Here you can relax and unwind!

In very cold weather or storm, the pool can not be heated.

The Villa has 70cm thick outer walls, that guarantee a cool climate in the summer and warm climate in the winter in the whole house. The Villa shares a 4.500 m² land area with Villa Tara, which is located on the opposite side. So the privacy for both houses is guaranteed.

Info: For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked time is included.  If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays can be organized.Ask us! Gardener and final cleaning inclusive.
