This new, in a traditional style built, stone house is located at the outskirts of the picturesque village of Prines, in a distance of about 5 km to the city of Rethymno. The villa is situated on a plot of 13.000 m² with a gorgeous view to the sea and the white mountains.

Our guests have a living space of approx. 280 m². The exterior surfaces have been generously designed and adapted to the environment.

On the living level there is a hall and guest toilet, as well as a storage room with washing machine (ironing board and iron as well).

The elegantly designed living room with comfortable seating, TV flat screen, Blu-Ray player, stereo system invites you to a cozy get-together.

On cooler days, a forced-air fireplace provides pleasant additional warmth.

In the open kitchen you will find a spacious dining area with comfortably upholstered chairs and a handmade solid wood table.

The modern kitchen equipped with branded appliances: dishwasher, integrated microwave, coffee machine, dolce gusto device, toaster, kettle etc. leaves nothing to be desired. The special highlight is the side-by-side refrigerator with water outlet and integrated icemaker.

Enjoy breakfast outdoors and take a seat at the large table on the covered terrace.

Due to the location on the slope, all 3 bedrooms are on different levels and thus offer the highest possible privacy. Each of the bedrooms has a magnificent view of the sea, the White Mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula through generous panoramic windows. The high-quality mattresses and hand-forged, typical beds guarantee a high level of sleeping comfort. Two of the beds have a size of 180 cm x 200 cm, for people with a little more space there is a bed of 200 cm x 210 cm in one of the bedrooms.

The adjoining en suite bathrooms are spacious and bright, including equipped with illuminated cosmetic mirror, hair dryer.

The bedrooms differ insignificantly in size and equipment (all also with safe).

One of the bedrooms has its own terrace, the other two each have their own balcony.

All of the rooms are equipped with AC / TV / Blu-Ray.

Enjoy swimming in the approx. 50 m² infinity pool with an indescribable view.

Sufficiently comfortable loungers are available for sunbathing and relaxing. Sunshades and the pool deck provide enough shade. In this area you will also find an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and an additional toilet.

The pool is illuminated at night and creates a pleasant atmosphere with the subtle outdoor lighting.

Take a seat on the comfortable lounge furniture on the large, firmly covered outdoor terrace and enjoy the panoramic view and the spectacular sunsets over the Aegean Sea with a glass of wine.

A large carport provides shade for your vehicle.

Care was taken to preserve the original Cretan landscape with rocks, stones and bushes.

In the nearby villages of Atsipopoulo and Prines you can find shops, taverns and all things of everyday life. The charming harbor town of Rethymno with its many sights and lively alleys is about 5 km away.

The nearest beach is about 5 km away. The long and beautiful sandy beach at Episkopie can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Info: For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included. If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays, can be organised. Ask us.
Bed linen and bath towels, tea towels are provided and changed. The house cleaning (once a week) and final cleaning is included in the price. The pool and garden are maintained by a service inclusive

Toiletries are not provided in this villa.
